« This home has plenty room for multiple families with teens. We came in for high school baseball tournament at Hoover Met . The location was great, close to grocery shopping and interstate. There was plenty sleeping for teens, and parents. The ping pong table , Mrs. Pac man and TVS in every room were a bonus to keep everyone entertained. « We had a car club meet at the Convention Center and this was perfect for two couples and their cars. We were only about 15-20 minutes away from all the activities. The house was plenty large enough for all and we felt safe and secure. Our friends have special dietary needs which makes staying in a hotel almost impossible. « This is a lovely unit to stay with a large number. We had 6 but we did not use three of the beds. The unit decor of the unit is amazing. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed for the long weekend. I am not sure what happened, but the garbage can in the kitchen had not been cleaned. There was red liquid in the bottom and food caked to the top of the can. It had drawn many gnats. We bought some spray, and did not let it dampen our visit. « Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon. »

« This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. The beds were more comfortable than your typical VRBO home. Being an older home, the bathrooms were on the smaller size but were adequate for what we needed. Host was super responsive...

« We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....
