« The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming...

« The biggest problem for this property is the lack of an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped taking luggage up the stairs. I returned to the site and there really is no indication of this in the description. I wouldn't have stayed had I known this. Overall the property is what you would expect, fairly clean, quiet and fairly well kept. But the lack of elevator is problematic. »

« The first room we were given, the floor has not been swept. We were moved to a second room with the same issue. We then moved into our third room which still had pee in the toilet. We decided to just stick with that third room. The manager was helpful on getting us moved around. The property is updated and looks nice. The rooms are nicely painted and appointed. The exterior has bright lights in the parking lot to make you feel safe. The parking lot is tight because they also rent Uhaul out of it...
