There is a 80 foot dock that extends out into the lake (availability fluctuates with water levels), which provides an easy place to temporarily load up your boat/jet skis. The 2/3rd acre of lawn provides the perfect place for kids to run around and play yard games. The fire pit is a great place to gather in the evenings and roast s'mores. In addition to being right on the lake, you are also within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shake shops, and stores in Garden City. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable.
