The layout of the house was wonderful, especially for large groups! There was ample parking. The pool was amazing and clean! Great location! Brad was wonderful to work with! We would definitely return!!!

This was the perfect family friendly home! It had all the amenities as listed and was very clean. We had plenty of space to gather and hang out together. The rooms with bunk beds were great for all the cousins to room together. The location can't be beat. It is close enough yet far enough away from town. It felt like being part of a comfortable neighborhood. The swimming pool and pickleball court are an added bonus. The grassy space was great for a game of volleyball. We definitely will go back. Brad was very easy to work with.

Check in was easy, host was very responsive and very accommodating. Great clean house with plenty of room for our group of 11 with both adults and kids. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future

Great place to stay with our big and varied group. The house was great, and the kids had fun climbing the rocks in back and playing on the slice of grass. Close enough to bear Lake and the town, but we had a lovely view of a hayfield and evening sprinklers. We would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had 12 people there and had plenty of beds and rooms. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay.

We loved the house! It fit all of our needs and was so clean and nice! The location was close to the lake and to restaurants! It was a wonderful place to stay for our whole family! The he owners were so helpful and made us feel like VIP’s!

Good stay

Very nice house. Lots of beds and places to sleep. Kids disappointed that the air hockey machine was broken. That was a big reason we booked the place so wish we would have known beforehand. Great location. Property manager is super nice and easy to get ahold of. Overall great stay.

Beautiful home with 2 large gathering spaces. Plenty of beds!

We loved how spacious it was. The living dining kitchen was an awesome space for meal time. We enjoyed the air hockey table. Loved the bunk rooms. Great number of beds for individual families with small children.

Perfect for large family

Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for enjoyable stay. Parking was tricky with the boat, but the garage was available which helped. Also great that we could use the garage for paddle board and bikes!

The house is perfect for a large extended family. All new....beautifully clean. Close to town and the Lake. Owner was very attentive. We will be back!

10/10 We would stay again. The house accommodated our large famly. Host was very responsive both in the days leading up to our trip and our questions once we got there. The pool was fantastic. The whole Bear Lake experience was amazing and one of our favorite trips so far. We were unsure of availability of groceries and other needed items but Garden City had everything you needed. We spent 2 days at he lake, rented a boat one day and kayaks and paddle boards another. Just an fyi, if you want to rent those things, it's best to do it well before your planned stay. We were not very prepared but it all worked out. The house was amazing and met or exceeded our expectations. As a large group one of the problems we run into is not enough towels or TP. But this was not a problem here. Very much appreciated.
