▪️ Property may have regular service visits, such as lawn or pest control. Notify the host if you prefer rescheduling.
▪️ Single-level home with no interior stairs, making it convenient for families, children, and guests seeking easier accessibility.

▪️Pets are welcome with a fee. Max 1 pet. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
