One of the best features of Bear Paw is the outdoor space. Guests can step outside on multiple levels to enjoy the Bear Lake setting, including 2 elevated decks and a ground-level walkout patio. The basement opens directly onto the patio and large grassy area.

Nearby, you’ll find essentials like Ace Hardware and Mike’s Market just around the corner. The area is very accessible, whether you’re exploring on foot, by bike, or driving to nearby attractions.

A $35 damage waiver is included as part of the cleaning fee for each reservation. This waiver helps cover accidental damage during your stay, up to $1,500, and is included automatically with your booking.

The community outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Availability and operating conditions of community amenities may be subject to HOA rules, maintenance, weather, or other circumstances outside the homeowner's control.
