All linens, towels, and soap are also provided. *Sleeps 20 in private bedrooms. Please note there are two sets of triple bunk beds suitable for children only (6 beds total). If you have 20 adults please resort to sleeping 4 adults in hide-a-beds (located in upstairs loft and basement family room) and not in bunk beds. Brand new self-inflatable queen mattress, as well as 7 thick foam mattress pads, are available for use as well.
