The game room was SO fun! One thing we really appreciated was having big gathering spaces, tons of tables in the kitchen for large family meals, and tons of sofas in the lounging room, and everywhere else. It was a great stay! Our host was responsive to our questions about weather conditions (winter in Bear Lake can be a thing) and we loved staying at this beautiful property!

The host was great to work with - very communicative throughout. We stayed in this same home last Christmas and they had made some upgrades which were much appreciated. #1 - they insulated the indoor play area so it is warm and cozy now! #2 - they closed in the game room off the dining area and it is quieter now. Overall, the home is well furnished and well maintained. Our kids love the indoor play area, especially the foam pit. They also appreciated the foosball and air hockey games. I like the large dining area so everyone can eat together. The kitchen is well stocked and the bar is easier to serve from. And, I appreciated the Christmas tree. We use it for our gift exchange area! Everything worked - everything was as advertised. I recommend this home for large family groups. (We had 40 people, with 26 of them being children!)

My family and I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and we absolutely loved it. The home was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and each space was filled with items that made it easy for all ages to enjoy.We especially appreciated the large kitchen, which worked perfectly for our big family gatherings. The added Christmas tree made the home feel extra cozy and special for the holidays. The location was great, with amazing views, and it truly felt like the perfect place to make lasting memories. We would absolutely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family get-together. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, cook, and spend time together without feeling crowded.The kitchen was especially impressive and had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. There were plenty of large mixing bowls in the cupboard, three good-sized casserole dishes, a blender, a hand mixer, two electric griddles, and two crock pots. It made cooking for our whole group so easy and convenient.Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent 6 days and 5 nights as a group of 40 and had a fantastic time!! The home was outfitted with everything we needed and more for cooking, chatting, and recreating.The living and dining spaces were so big and comfortable for a large group, and we danced and played on the lawn, enjoyed meals on the patio, and spent HOURS of fun in the gameroom! Not to kention movie night on the projector screen...Check in was so easy and Tami was very accomodating and quick to communicate! Check out was simple, not alot required. Highly recommend Aspen Lodge!

This was our second time at this property and my family of 20 people from 2 years old to 40 loved it! Our weather wasn’t that great. Our beach day got totally washed out with thunder and lightening, but it didn’t mater. We returned back to the Aspin lodge and we all took showers and baths which was amazing that we all had hot water. I love that each bathroom is fully equipped with body wash, shampoo and cream rince. There’s plenty of everything you will need and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked with slow cookers, an instant pot, 2 griddles for breakfast and even two fridges. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and there’s plenty to do. Our family played and played. We had such a great time playing games and renewing our relationships. We all love this house! We love all the beds and especially the bunk room! It was great fun! We have so many treasured memories and have decided this home is going to become our bear lake home.

Just as advertised. The games are in good functioning order. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen worked great. Lots of open space for gathering and visiting. Lawn area was big enough for out door games. There were high chairs, extra bedding, and some beach stuff available. Having bedrooms on the mainfloor was a big deal for our limited mobility members of our family.We had 35 people.

Great family reunion

The grandkids loved the playroom, especially the foam pit and climbing wall. Lots of space for everyone. The fire pit was a nice touch and there was plenty of seating to cover meals and being together as a large group. Maybe a little short on bathroom space but overall a great place.

Our stay at the Aspen Lodge exceeded our expectations. Our party had 40 people, ranging from 2 on up- all here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The indoor play area was especially nice. What a great idea! This made Aspen Lodge truly exceptional. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The huge lawn for volleyball and outdoor games was great. And the lodge is very close to Bear Lake for boating fun. Thanks Tami for a great experience.

We had a group of 45, age 4 to 67. There were beds/mattresses for all and enough bathrooms. The younger ones loved all the activities in the garage. We were able to to prepare and serve 2 meals a day for the group. Good access to Bear Lake though about 30 minutes drive to the beach to the north that is very sandy and safe for all ages.

Great house for large groups

We had a family reunion in Bear Lake and had multiple families staying together in the house. The home was very functional for large group gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook a variety of meals. There were lots of tables and a good open area for eating. There were additional picnic tables outside and folding tables inside. There was plenty of space to gather as a whole group in the family room. Kids of all ages loved the play area. The younger children really enjoyed the foam pit, playground and toys. The older kids/teen loved the ping pong, air hockey and foosball. The green space around the house was awesome for volleyball and other lawn games. There was plenty of space to park as well. The home was clean and had all the necessary linens and towels we needed as well. It was an easy drive to access Bear Lake from the southern side.

Fun Stay!

We had a great time at this house celebrating our family reunion with 20 adults and 7 children. It was in a great central location and a quick trip to the Lake. Wonderful grassy area for playing outdoor games, flying kites and having water balloon fights. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was plenty of room for all of us and the playroom was such a great place for the kids to play while the adults talked in the kitchen. Having enough seating for everyone together during meals was wonderful and not something we always get in these big houses. The only thing that was difficult was the lack of a door to the upstairs area. With the kids sleeping in that area it was difficult for us to play cards and board games and enjoy ourselves without having to constantly think about possibly waking up the kids. It looks like there used to be a door there so am not sure why they had it removed. The beds were adequate with plenty of pillows and blankets. Without closets or bureaus in the bedrooms it would have been nice to have at least luggage stands. All in all a wonderful trip and I would recommend this house to any big groups.

Something for everyone

My family of six brothers and three sisters, and their kids, young adults, were all there with so many activities and space to spread out, and the location was near the lake. Everything was perfect and ideal for what we were looking for. Would love to come back again.

We do afamily trip every year for the last 20 years and i can honestly say this was the best vacation house so far. We didn't even see the kids the first day, they were so engaged in the play room. The house is HUGE and we used every corner. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay for our family reunion
