« This how is an old home that was fixed to look lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are three bedrooms in the main house. Loved the separate kid space which doesn't have bedrooms but two twin lofts with ladders so if you have little kids this probably won't work for you. My teen girls loved having the separate space. They also really enjoyed the hot tub. The fire pit area looked very nice but we didn't get to enjoy that space and there was a nice large yard. They had to...

« We wanted to be near Ephrata, Sight and Sound Theater, Intercourse, Litiz; this was a perfect spot. Fun drives around the countryside; away from cities; just what we wanted. There was room for 3 of us to spread out and have breakfast before taking off for the day. The upstairs bed is pretty firm but we enjoyed each having our own room. »

« The owners are great! They communicate well! The home is in a busy area but we really didn’t mind, the owners provide fans, sound machines and such so it was just fine. Location is close to everything you need. Home was good! As a fellow vrbo owner, a recommendation would be to replace the rugs downstairs (they are getting pretty stained up) The home is a cute farmhouse style, beds were comfy but may also need a little maintenance. Overall, would stay again!!! »

« The property was everything and more. The listing and pictures do not compare when you're actually on the premises. I had such a wonderful time. It was very comfortable, not overdone and we made ourselves at home. Communication was a breeze--before and after our visit. Now I understand why the previous reviews were all excellent. « Greatly enjoyed our visit to this comfy and cozy home. Owner has tastefully decorated and provided thoughtful amenities throughout (smart tv, grill, small appliances, w/d). Beds were super cozy with perfect firmness and pillows. Beautiful backyard with lush grass. Nice, thoughtful neighbor. Only comment is for mobility impaired guests; there is a large flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms and no walk-in shower - just small, freestanding tub. »

« Wonderful stay! Seamless check-in and checkout. We booked our stay initially for the Lantern Festival but also visited the Kitchen Kettle Village as suggested by our hosts David and Ester who are both very kind. We were going to visit their farm and buggy ride the following day but we were all tuckered out from exploring and the festival. (It gives us a reason to return!) Instead, we grabbed a bite at the Speckled Hen (which is also kid / family friendly) has cool playground and headed back...
