« It was great »

« We were pleasantly surprised. Seems to have been recently renovated. Nice people and a good spot to stop, right off the highway. There is a diner next door and a casino. I do wish however that they didn’t place a couple of guys with a noisy dog right next to us when there were several empty rooms. Shower pressure was great! I would have appreciated a bit more substantial towels however. »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Propre confortable et salle de déjeuner attenante à la piscine qui est également propre. L'embêtement est que Van Buren est un endroit des plus ennuyant. Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »

« Accueil très sympatique, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Fridge. Mauvaise wifi, mais surtout chambre très mal insonorisée: on entendait clairement tout ce que disaient nos voisins de chambre. Dommage, sinon c'était parfait. »

« The staff was great, my room wasn’t very impressive due to a few minor inconveniences(microwave missing the plate ring,etc.) but overall it was a decent experience. I’d be willing to give them a second chance if I’m in the area again. »

« Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. »

« Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere. »

« Easy check-in and very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable and good quality machines in the fitness room. »

« Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom. »
