« Everything was wonderful. Henry is your main contact (via whatsapp). He was always on hand to answer a question or help if there was any problem. Henry's staff are wonderful and very attentative if needed. The villa is amazing and the grounds are stunning. »

« The fist day we arrived and the bedsheets had blood on them, we asked the staff to clean when we went out, arrived later that night, they had changed the bedsheets, but there was no hot water and there was no one at the reception that night to help, they have 2 emergency numbers no one answered both of them, we went to sleep without showering, in the morning when we called reception they told us to turn the hot water on and wait FIFTHTEEN TO TWENTY MINUTES!!! For the water to heat up, they...

« Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc. As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient. The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue...

« It was listed as 4 stars and when i got there the rooms are infested with bugs and dirty everywhere but the manager was really friendly and gave me a full refund »
