Residences à Gangtok

« Hospitality was excellent. From reception to room, dining to see off all was very good. The staff was not only excellent but very helpful to us. We had a great memories which will stay with us for rest of r life. »

« The property was good and clean; the poolside seating adds to the view. The rooms have a big balcony and a view. The only con is that the property is pretty far from MG Road, and you have to book a taxi from the road. No cab was available at the hotel and restrauant timing were very strict to 9 PM. They had very few guests on the day we travelled. »

« Will go back to stay there. Everything was immaculate. »

« The property is located right on the main street with easy access to public transport, mainly taxis. The valley looking room had excellent views. The restaurant and their staff offered excellent service, and the food was good and reasonably priced. It had an excellent view as well. It was off-season; therefore, we would be the only couple sitting in the restaurant mostly. We had an early morning start on check out, and they gave us packed breakfast. The gym is small and not much in terms of...

« The location of the property is extremely weird for some reason. While the main MG road is probably just 20 meters from the back of the building, one has to climb up steep and again walk down for about 20 Mins ! Very exhausting and frustrating so one would think 5 times before going for this ridiculous exercise. Wonder why the owners are unable to negotiate with one of the properties behind exclusively for their guests to simply walk past a 4 feet lane way so they can come and go in 2 Mins and...

« It's a decent property. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Food is good. Room and toilet very clean. They have a cafe where they keep extremely delicious cream rolls. It's definitely not worth 4 stars accreditation. Wifi hardly worked. TV was so small that I wondered why that was even kept. My booking voucher said they bed size was such that 3 people can sleep. In reality it was barely good enough for 2 people to squeeze in. Location wise it's a hassle to go to MG market. Atleast I...

« Hotel dans un lieu historique Avec beaucoup de charme, le jardin est magnifique, la salle de dîner, la réception et le bar sont très authentique, le service est très attentif. attention pas de chauffage ou d’air conditionné par respect pour le lieu Point négatif: literie très ferme, les objets en plastique bon marché pour porte savon ou plateau pour la théière… »

« Room was clean. Staffs are great and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Great location. »

« The staff was excellent. They helped bring my clothes back and forth to a laundry, cooked breakfast, catch a cab upon departure, and Marie’s my bags up and down the stairs. I Opted for a room with a view and it was with every penny. »

« The staff were incredibly helpful, from arranging taxis to suggesting great places to visit. The food was truly authentic and delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. »

« I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay in your family room. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several service and facility issues. First, the hotel felt quite congested, and room service was difficult to reach. After 9:00 PM, calls to the staff went unanswered. Additionally, the hair dryer policy is highly inconvenient; it is unusual for a hotel to have only five units to circulate among all guests upon request. Most concerning was the condition of...
