The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. « We had the Boticelli room. The room was really Big but the end was very Small and very inconfortable. We hit ourselves on the frame of the bed many Times because the mattress was way to thin. The shower was very narrow and the hot water was unpredictable. One minute it was very hot and the next cold. When you pay 300$ for a room, you expect better.
