Our recently renovated townhouse, located in a prime location 300m from Eyre Square offers the ultimate combination of comfort, convenience, and style. With its ideal proximity to the city centre, nightlife, and eateries, this property is sure to make your stay unforgettable..
This a charming refurbed townhouse. The living space, features comfortable seating for up to 5 guests and a flat-screen TV. Please note that streaming services are available, so make sure to bring your favourited accounts along.
As you enter you are greeted by a Stylish Kitchen and Dining Area equipped with an oven, microwave, and all the necessary cookware and dishware for a home cooked meal or to enjoy takeout's form the nearby eateries.
Two Bedrooms / Two Bathrooms
Our townhouse offers two well-appointed bedrooms to ensure a restful night's sleep. The upstairs bedroom boasts its own bathroom and toilet, offering privacy and convenience. Here, you'll find a double bed that offers a view of the street below.
Please note this room is facing into the street below and there will be normal city and traffic noise- so bring your earplugs if your a light sleeper….
The downstairs bedroom, located at the rear of the house, features a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with a small double bed. A separate bathroom is exclusively dedicated to this room.
Please note - both rooms have privacy blinds - but they are not total “ black out “
We provide linens/towels/starter supply of paper products/soaps and detergents.
One of the highlights of our townhouse is the back private courtyard – a true rarity in the heart of the city. .
The location of our townhouse is truly unbeatable. Situated next to the city centre, you'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Latin Quarters pubs and restaurants.
The sofa in the living room converts into a comfy sofa bed if needed - let us know
Parking. On street parking available however you have to pay the local rates. Private car parks nearby include Dyke Road car park. Q Parking Merchants Road. City Park Eyre Square.

For Monthly Stays
We will also collect €200 for utilities and a final deep clean of €100. This will be collected off-line.
