* This Duplex features Both Upstairs & Downstairs unit 2 Bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 Queen sleeper sofa
* Perfect family getaway! Same house but on different floors.
* Nice Balcony upstairs with chairs where you can sit and enjoy the breeze and ocean sounds.
* Fully stocked kitchen Appliances.
* We are located in a great area on Galveston Island
* This rental is for both units, upstairs & downstairs
NOTE - When renting the entire duplex you will have access to park 2 vehicles in the driveway located in the alley along with 2 parking passes to park on the street in front of the home
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the Entire Duplex, Both the Upstairs space and Downstairs space plus all home amenities included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.
*** You are given two parking passes per reservation, not per guest, not per stay, and not per number of vehicles that you bring. The parking passes are good for 2 vehicles ONLY. Please keep in mind that parking in front of the home is never guaranteed and we have no "ownership" rights to the parking space of a public street. These spaces are limited and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
We guarantee you free parking with the parking pass anywhere vehicles are allowed.

We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. ✅ We love pets and welcome them at our property, but please note the following conditions:
✅ All pets must be declared prior to arrival and are subject to approval.
✅ While our home is pet-friendly, we reserve the right to approve or decline pet requests based on property or booking specifics.
✅ A $100 flat pet fee applies per stay and covers up to 3 pets. This fee must be paid prior to check-in.
✅ Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
✅ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside of the home.
✅ If a pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or cleaning, which will vary depending on the extent of the issue.
✅ Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a $150 violation fee.
