About this space
Beautiful Updated family friendly beach condo close to attractions. Open concept living/kit/dining. Queen bed & Galley Bunks. We have a Washer & Dryer in our Condo! Full size FRIDGE!
Directly on the World Famous Galveston Seawall! Highly desirable area which can get busy!

Booking guest must be present & have Gov. ID & license plate number in hand at check-in. Booking guest should be at least 25 years of age. We do make exceptions on a case by case. $30 separate resort fee due 1 time, 14 days
The space
Gulf view! Directly across the street from Babe's Beach! Close to several very nice restaurants right on the Seawall. Walk to shopping, fishing pier and more! This is a busy area on the Seawall and has great access to many favorite local attractions.
We are excited to share our extremely unique Island with you!đŸ˜ƒđŸŒŠâ›±đŸŹđŸŒŽđŸ€đŸčđŸœâ˜•
Guest access
Access to 2 beautiful pools (1 mildly heated), 2 got tubs, 1 tennis court, fitness room, outdoor showers, secure parking, lovely courtyard, computer room with printer, 3 laundry rooms and more.

Note:
Welcome! Please be certain to obtain your parking permits, pool wrist bands and security gate codes at the front Lobby upon arrival. There is a separate one time Resort fee of $30. You will be provided with a map, Resort guidelines, public gate codes, wrist bands and parking passes. Please know your license plate number for faster registration 😃🚘🚗
Although condo check-in is at 4pm, you are most welcome to enjoy the pool if you arrive early after completing your registration in the lobby.

Laundry facilities located on the 1st level in the front of each building for your convenience. Our machines take debit and credit cards. Laundry soap not provided but easily available across the street at Walmart.

This beautiful cozy hideaway has direct complimentary access to 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors for Galveston!! They are experts in things to do, places to visit and where to eat! Their VIP contact information will be provided in the unit and may be accessed during daytime hours. Please inquire about concierge services, special tours or requests!
Co-hosts/Ambassador David and Grace are available to provide additional information.

Each Condominium is individually owned and cared for. Common area rules may differ from individual suites.

Important Note:
Starfish & Coffee Suite is a quiet Hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. NO Smoking of any kind permitted. We, unfortunately, cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.

Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

We love sharing our peaceful abode on the sea with you and your loved ones!

Check in 4pm.
Check out 11 am.
We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk.

We require valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund.
Please be sure disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 5).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!

For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards!

RULES:

Be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $35 per stay (up to 14 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security.

Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
Trash chute is located 10 feet from front door.

Please start dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃

Please HANG soiled towels in the bathroom for laundering at checkout time. Do NOT place linens on the floor please.

We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!🙂
TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION.

Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm. Pool closes at that time as well.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo.
We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $300 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.



Please do Not make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this!

ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones.


Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense.
