  • Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 3rd floor unit offers beach AND pool views from your private balcony. With queen bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a recessed wall TV, platform bed with memory foam bedding, built-in end tables, ship lap wall, and plantation blinds. Soak up the sights and sounds from your balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.



    THINGS TO KNOW



    * All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

    * Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

    * Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

    * This unit is located on the third floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

    * The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

    * Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

    * There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

This was a great location SW side of the island, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to do all the activities. Super clean and amazing views of the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Galveston.

The condo was so pleasant! This was our first time taking our 3 year old to the beach and she loved it!! The condo was clean with a nice ocean view. The beach and pool access was stress free.

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and had enough towels and items for my family of 3. I really appreciated the pool towels they had as well. The elevator wasn’t working while we were there but they gave me a heads up so I was already prepared for that. The beach and pool access was amazing and my kids loved it. We loved it so much that I even checked the site to see if we could stay longer but it was booked. We will definitely be back! You will not regret your stay here!

Well-appointed, clean and convenient to the beach. This was a great place for our family of 5 to call “home” for a few days! You can tell whoever planned to space really knows what’s needed in a place near the beach - the floors throughout and bathroom walls are fully tiled, there are plenty of hooks to hang wet towels/swim suits, and ample underbed and closet storage. Our kids are 11, 9 & 5 and while the bunk beds and pullout sofa worked well now for a few nights, the space was cozy and would’ve felt more cramped with bigger kids/adults. But we appreciated how convenient it was to the beach as well as the community pool and hot tubs. The balcony was also great and has a lovely view of the beach. Host communication was excellent. We’d definitely stay again!
