Jewel by the Sea is located in Maravilla Condos, a favorite Galveston vacation destination with amenities designed for relaxation and family fun:

Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a relaxing couples' getaway, or a fun-filled escape with your pup, Jewel by the Sea is ready to make your Galveston getaway sparkle. Pack your flip-flops, grab your beach crew, and come make some memories by the sea!

You are welcome to bring a one small pet (under 25 lbs.) (Non-aggressive breeds only.) $100 non-refundable pet fee. GUESTS MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE UPON RESERVATION IF BRINGING A PET. No cats allowed.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Jewell By The Sea. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% state tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
