This condo is located inside The Victorian, a managed condominium community.

At check-in, guests will stop at the front desk.

There is a resort fee charged by the property (currently $40 for short stays or $80 for longer stays). This is paid directly to the front desk and includes access to:

• Pools
• Hot tubs
• Parking passes

We don’t control this fee, but we want to be upfront so there are no surprises.

We provide starter supplies to get your stay going:

For longer stays, you may want to pick up additional items. There’s a Walmart nearby for anything you need.
