The sights and sounds of the ocean are seen and heard from your TOP-FLOOR condo on the beach, with a view of the ocean and Diamond Beach from the balcony! This Beach Beauty condo at Seascape Resort does not require you to cross a busy street as you are ON THE BEACH and are provided private and direct access!
This condo sleeps 6! Stay fully rested during your stay with a new solid memory foam Queen mattress in the bedroom, brand new spacious bunk beds in the hallway alcove, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in your stay. The elevator and stairs are right around the corner, as are the washing machine and dryer. This stunning resort has two hot tubs, a seasonally heated pool, a kiddie pool, bench swings, a beach observation deck, a beachside picnic area, and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. We make this condo as comfortable for you, so you feel at home, and it is fully furnished, and linens and towels are provided. The kitchenette has everything you need – stove-top, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. TV, board games, and books are provided for you to enjoy while visiting. Seascape is one of a handful of complexes located beachside in Galveston. You will not have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. Guests at Beach Beauty also enjoy all the amenities offered by Seascape Resort including a beautifully landscaped courtyard/pool area, seasonally heated pool, 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), gazebo, beach observation deck, beachside BBQ and picnic area, and private parking. Long-term rentals are welcome in the off-season (November to February). If interested, please inquire about long-term rates and availability. Sleeping Arrangements: Master: Queen - new memory foam mattress Hallway: 2 galley bunks (twin) Living area: Queen-size sofa bed Parking: Parking is located on property w/ some under the building. Right next to beach. Great spot and condo. Construction was going on, but only during business hours and ocean drowned out most of sounds at beach. Loved the adults only hot tub.

We love Seascape because of the beach access and the great pool. Unit was as described, well maintained. There will be a minimal amount of beginner items, but if you are staying more than 1 day, be prepared to bring shampoo, body soap, paper towels and toilet paper.

Clean and pleasant. Nice pool and great beach access. View would be ok, but construction of a new building is happening right outside. It did not go on at night or on Sunday so did not keep us awake and bedroom is on other side of the condo. But if you are sitting out on the patio, the noise is very noticeable. Condo is well appointed, but definitely needs new bar stools- way too short and we could not eat at counter. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Quick last minute getaway, perfect little place. Convenient to the beach. Super cute pool. Check in process was very easy. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. Con: The stools are very low and eating is very difficult in this unit.

The condo needs bar stools that fit the island. There is no dining space except the island with the bar stools but the stools are way too short so you could hardly sit at them to eat. Other than that, a very nice place.

The condo that we had at Seascape was exactly like the description-clean and peaceful. Perfect for myself and my husband. Next visit to Galveston we will stay at Seascape Condos.

Bedroom was not like the pictures.

The wires and box hanging down from the tv further limited the less than 2 foot walkway between the footboard and wall in the bedroom. Thankful I only banged my knee twice on the contoured bed frame. The bathroom was nice and the ocean view was beautiful.

We checked in and the condo was clean and ready to go. It was ready a little early. It was a great location-no need to walk across the road to get to the beach. The porch has an ocean view and nice chairs. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a relaxing day and a half on the beach.

I would just like to say it was a lovely time in Galveston. The location of the condo is amazing. The space is amazing around the condo. I felt very safe parking. I felt like the gentleman at the security house was one of the best humans I’ve met. The gate to get in and off the beach was easy, I loved all of that. Moving onto the condo itself once again, a great location and plenty of space for my husband and I. However, it smelled funny when we got there like old something probably mostly due to the fact that there was water standing in the sink and the garbage disposal was not working and who knows how long that problem was there for. The condo also needs a deep clean. There’s dust on every cupboard. There is spill marks on the breakfast bar and the bathtub needs to be caulked , I don’t know if it’s mold or what but in the corners of the bathtub it’s pretty gross. I also do not think that anybody cleans the appliances so for instance, there’s a toaster but there’s something dripped on it there’s a toaster oven that is disgusting. I just think it could be better than it was the actual chairs that come up to the breakfast bar are not breakfast bar Heights so my husband who is 64 was fine, but I couldn’t sit there because it would be like my neck was even with the breakfast bar. The sleep number bed is advertised but the sleep number does not work. It does not look like there’s any box or connection anywhere, needs tender loving care.

The property is well kept, pool was clean and boardwalk well kept. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. The unit was a nice cozy size, great patio area but a very small kitchen with a bar top counter that seemed to take up so much space. Really only room for 1 person in the kitchen area. Ice maker didn’t work, the door on the toaster over didn’t stay closed on its own and the microwave didn’t work. We reached out to maintenance, but nothing was said or done about it during our stay. We made things work with what we had. Description says beach chairs are included but are actually not. I contacted them and they said it was our responsibility. By the way, Academy has $6 chairs. I later found out on my own the free standing information building had some chairs and sand toys available. Overall, we would come back, we had a great time being so close to the beach.

The balcony had the best view of the sunrise. Beautiful condo. Well taken care of. Everything we needed to was there. Great view of the beach. Loved that it is past the sea wall. Not crowded. The beach was close no matter where you were in the complex. Highly recommend.

The property is perfect. We had to park i. The overflow parking several times, but otherwise it was ok. The elevator to our floor needs some work, shuttered many times and even started before the doors closed a few times. The pool was clean anf the attendant was really nice. Our unit was perfect for our family of four.

Room was clean, beds were comfy and view was pretty. Make sure to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. When I asked how to inquire for more, I was told that is the guest's responsibility, which we weren't aware of. There were plenty of bath towels for all of us though. We had to be a bit creative with the cooking situation as there is no oven, but a small toaster oven and microwave. We made it work and had fun with it. The check-in/out was super easy and straightforward and parking is covered, which was nice and the on grounds employees were helpful.

Beach Beauty wasn’t a beach beauty!

We loved the location on the beach where we didn’t have to cross the street every time we went to the beach. We also loved the property, the pool/grounds & private walkway to the beach. What we didn’t like was the unit itself that was was more run down than the photos shown on the listing. Decor was old & outdated, big stain on living area rug, had to call for sheets for sofa bed, big pee stain on sofa bed mattress, mattress in bedroom had 2 different pieces of foam on top of mattress & we both gravitated to the middle, 1 mirror on bedroom closet door was cracked, only seating for 3 to eat in a unit for 7 people which consisted of 3 counter height bar chairs for a bar high counter! In addition, we had to call maintenance as the backs of the bar chairs were loose & ready to break. Kitchen was poorly appointed with 1 non-stick skillet that was so scratched that breakfast sausage stuck to it. No oven so had to go buy aluminum foil to try & cook biscuits in the toaster oven. Ice maker didn’t work & the fridge made a noise all night. Bed pillows were cheap & flat. This “Beach Beauty” hasn’t been a beach beauty in a decade or 2!! Would love to stay at this condo on the beach again but not this particular unit. Sad

Too small for 6

This place is way too small for 6 people. With one bathroom and no washer and dryer it would only work for short time-frame. We had 5 and were very cramped. Disappointed no real oven and the back door needs to be fixed - it drove us crazy. Also, inform people the ice maker does not work. The unit was clean for the most part, but the complex itself is in serious need of paint and updates. Also, consider banning smoking on balconies. They are so close to each other, it was not pleasant to smell when we were sitting on balcony. Also, poor check-in lady in security needs help. One person to handle all the check-ins at 3:00 is not efficient. She was very nice, but some people had to wait a while. My kids also said there were people smoking in the pool. In today's world, build a smoking section away from the pool.

Rented the condo for a 4 day wknd family trip. Pros - private entry to beach, top floor, good location (away from the busyness of the north part of island but still close), two lights out but were replaced next day Cons - communication with owner was slow or no response (broken switch on lamp, ice maker did not work), no beach chairs per property description, sleep number bed control didn’t work. I would stay here again but be better prepared. There are no extras (such a condiments, frig is totally empty, no scrubber to wash dishes though they did provide dish soap). Good memories were made. Even bunnies seen at the property which my kids loved.

The view was amazing!!

We were extremely happy about the condo! the beds in the hallway were true twin beds, not the smaller bunks you may have seen in other condos with hallway bunks, that was great for my kids, I fell asleep on one putting my son to bed, they are big enough for adults! I have to mention that sleeping arrangements are big with me, I want to sleep well on vacation!! so, the master bedroom had the best mattress i have ever slept on! My husband and I have a very big expensive mattress and we both looked at the tag on this mattress before leaving!! So, SUPER AWESOME sleep!! Plenty of bed linens! The airflow is nice in the condo, we were never hot or cold, the ceiling fans all work well! Everything was clean, the chairs on the patio were very nice and the decor was perfect for this trip! i was dissappointed in that there were 5 of us and we were there for 6 days and they only left us 5 towels, huge downfall. we didn't have a washer and dryer in out condo so we each had to use the same towel for 5 nights. And, the kitchen didn't have basic things we needed like a salad bowl, a mixing bowl, so we ended up lining the strainer with paper towels to use as a bowl, so we ran out of paper towels and we only had two trash can liners, so we ended up using grocery bags the last two days. Lastly, the t.v. in the bedroom wasn't functioning, there were no batteries in the remote, so we use ours in there and still couldn't change the channel and no netflix. We would stay again! Comfy.
