Located at the Gulf-front San Luis Condominiums and Resort Hotel, this 14th-floor condo puts you a short stroll from long stretches of sand with ample amenities right on-site. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then stretch out on one of the loungers beside the heated pool that boasts a swim-up bar and cabanas available to rent. Afterwards, take a leisurely soak in the shared hot tub or swap stories around the poolside firepit. Pamper yourself even more during your getaway by booking a service at the on-site spa.

Beautiful view and access to the amenities. The provided towels were great! This was a decent option for me to stay alone while in town for an event, but it is not a place I would return to with my family. The condo is definitely outdated and needs some updates. Bedding was very well worn and didn't feel clean and there was hair on the pillows. Bathroom lights shut off periodically and theres a lot of areas that need painting/repair. The seal to the door needs to be replaced as a lot of air was coming in loudly at night. The buttons on the door lock stick making entering the condo a little frustrating, code way too long to remember. Overall it was a decent stay, just think needs some updates.

The management company for this company had a very burdensome electronic identity check system that required I provide my picture and drivers license. I complied and they stated I completed it, but a day later I got an email saying they couldn’t verify me and my reservation was cancelled. I had to spend some time getting that corrected. When we got to the condo the entry code did not work. We had to call the management company to come ovrr, but they were not on site. We ended up losing alot of our first afternoon waiting to get in. Since the goal was a relaxing weekend, these problems defeated that. Once in the condo was solid and we enjoyed it. However the problems were such that we would choose another place next time

Perfect central location and view

Walls of windows and balcony with location and access to San Luis resort amenities make this condo a delightful stay. Comfortable bed, very large comfortable couch and tvs in the living room and bedroom with login for your own streaming were wonderful. Appliances are dated but everything worked well in the well stocked kitchen - we didn’t cook on this short stay but we could have. Vacasa was quick to respond and even called to follow up when I had a question at check in. Thanks for the weekend get-away!

San Luis resort condo

I came on short notice. The condo was clean but lacked updates. Sparse comforts. I would not use a vacasa property again nor stay in this specific unit. The resort itself is wonderful. I have stayed there many times and highly suggest.

We had a wonderful time here! Check in was smooth! door code worked perfect / condo card was in mailbox and wristbands on kitchen bar. Prior to arrival, I anticipated this being a repeat go-to place for us, but.... Husband and I are retired and wanted a weekend away, so we picked a condo at the San Luis. All the rooms face the beach, and seeing the sun, water and beach from the condo and balcony was going to be fabulous. Upon arrival we pried opened the sliding glass door to the patio off the main room. Ahhh! We also wanted to open the sliding glass door to the patio outside the bedroom, but (1) it wouldn't open. It had the same lock as off the main room, so we called about it -- does it open?, and they said someone would come by (I thought the people answering calls about the unit might know), but (2) nobody did. I didn't anticipate the multi-day (week?) (3) of bird poop on the patio and (4) outdoor furniture that was so dirty top, bottom and between that we wouldn't want to sit there. And if we wanted to clean it ourselves, we'd have to go to the store to purchase paper towels (I wouldn't want to use anyone's cloth towels on that stuff). After receiving a text asking if the condo had been cleaned to our satisfaction, I called and asked if someone would come by to clean the outdoor furniture. We sure would like to sit on the patio and enjoy the view from outside. (5) Nobody came. So supplement the marvelous meals at local restaurants, we took some frozen food to eat in the condo. I placed a meal in the microwave, started the microwave, it rotated and made noise, but (6) the darned thing wouldn't work. I tried starting it different ways, to no avail. I didn't call, because nobody came for the other two calls, so why try? (7) Then there's the A/C-heat issue. This could just be me, but I couldn't get it to maintain a temperature. The last night, I set it to Fan-auto and Heat-75 or something. In the morning it registered 93 degrees. This happened each night with the A/C or heat, so I'd get up and switch it from A/C to heat and visa versa. (8, 9, 10) Oh, and minor compared to the above, but could at least one roll of paper towels, one box of Kleenex and an ice cube tray be provided? Luckily, I took a box of Kleenex, and I made ice in the bowls provided, broke it up with knives.

The view is amazing. There is no ice maker in the condo. There is an old school coffee maker 
a keurig would be nice. AC works well and bed is firm.
