« We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable. »

« Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, although it only had a small window there was a door to the courtyard we could open. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The shower was fine and there was a good beverage tray with biscuits. Breakfast was quite chaotic with food not being replenished and tables not being cleared and cleaned. However the cooked breakfast was tasty. »

« A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...

« The hotel was stunning and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location is beautiful and ideal for walking in to town centre. The food was very nice, I can’t critique anything about the hotel, staff or service. I gave the amenities 3/5 only because we didn’t stay long enough to use them. »

« Very unique location and in such a tranquil spot. Staff exceptionally helpful & welcoming. Room excellent. Bed very very comfortable and room had everything we needed. Used the Wave Spa facilities - excellent. Spotlessly clean & well maintained. Ate and drank in Zephyrs bar/restaurant - good choice of food & very generous portions and for a hotel very reasonably priced. For peace and tranquility would highly recommend a stay. »
