« A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. The shower curtain bracket was broken in the en-suite which we reported to reception although the curtain could still be used. There was plenty of hot water however, the water...

« Excellent location ( near to town centre and promenade). Air conditioned rooms ( now essential ! ). The whole hotel coped well with hot weather. Attentive and professional staff throughout. Sea view rooms face North so they avoid heat for most of the day. »

« It was too cold in this hotel, the heater started at 5 pm and stopped around 9 pm. And then from 6 am until 9 or 10 am, so it wasn't enough for this kind of room in a this kind of hotel with bad insullation, only a simple glass window. The maximum temperature was 14°C. I sleept with pullover !!! And particulary in the shower room with only 12 to 14 °C I will never be in this hotel. »
