« The Haven was clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with excellent water pressure. We had a lovely view of the harbor. The area was quiet and felt safe. The host was warm, helpful and welcoming and even helped us with storing our excess luggage. We enjoyed popping over the the pub next door for a nice dinner before having a restful night. Would absolutely recommend! »

« The staff were really helpful, we'd not realised there was a private car park at the back of the hotel. I'd booked the room with the 500 year old 4 poster bed as a birthday treat, and the room was lovely. Staff were friendly and polite from reception, meal, checkout. « Fabulous hotel with wonderful William Morris wallpaper and tasteful decor. Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over. An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. »
