The open-concept floor plan brings the living room, dining area, and well-appointed chef’s kitchen together into one spacious, inviting gathering space — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, preparing dinner together, watching a movie, or simply enjoying time with family and friends. Soaring wood-clad vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, warm natural woods, and Montana-inspired décor create an upscale modern-rustic atmosphere throughout.

This 3BR configuration comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed, wood-finished vaulted ceiling, spacious closet with barn doors, ranch and mountain views, and its own Smart TV. Bedroom 2 features two twin beds, a closet, a convenient private wash sink and mirror, and its own Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a queen-size bed, storage for personal belongings, and its own Smart TV.

The oversized bathroom features a combination tub/shower, while the additional private wash sink and mirror in the twin bedroom provides another convenient space for guests to get ready.

The well-appointed chef’s kitchen offers newer appliances and generous counter space, with a window overlooking the ranch. An expandable dining table comfortably accommodates your group. For added convenience, this 3BR configuration also includes a full-size stacked washer and dryer and a second refrigerator for additional food and beverage storage.

One of the most special things about this property is its setting. The chalet is situated on a beautiful, peaceful private ranch surrounded by mountain views and abundant wildlife. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable damage security deposit is required by the homeowner and will be collected on the day of arrival. Our office will contact the primary guest prior to arrival with the necessary information and instructions.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the duration of the reservation. The booking guest is responsible for the reservation and all registered guests.

STRICTLY NON-SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the accommodations. Evidence of smoking or vaping may result in additional cleaning/damage charges, forfeiture of the security deposit as permitted, and termination of the stay without refund.

REGISTERED GUESTS: Maximum occupancy for this 3BR/1BA listing is 6 registered guests. All guests must be accurately disclosed and registered on the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS: A $175 administrative cancellation fee applies to all guest-initiated cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation occurs, to cover administrative and processing costs. Any additional refund or amount due is subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation and Airbnb’s policies.
