The Galena Territory is located 5-10 minutes east of Galena. It is home to over 2,000 houses (including full-time and part-time residents and rentals), four golf courses, the Eagle Ridge Resort, and the Owners' Club. The home is within five minutes of the Owners' Club and 5-7 minutes from most activities within the territory itself.

The Owners' Club is an amenity we are excited to share with you, our guests! We provide our guests with eight proximity cards; these cards grant full access to all of the Owners' Club's amenities. Guests over the age of five must have a card present at the Club, and if you have more than eight guests, $5 day passes can be purchased. There is a $25 replacement fee for any card not returned before your checkout.

The amenities include a basketball gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool (seasonal), arcade, fitness center, tennis courts, cafes, and more. Various events occur throughout the year depending on the season (e.g., farmers markets in the summer, winter crafts in December).

We will email you the access codes prior to your arrival.

Your check-in time is 4 pm. (If we agreed on a different time, that is your check-in time.) While we try our best to accommodate early check-ins, it depends on our cleaners, property maintenance, and whether it is peak season.

We’ll provide you with your code the morning of your arrival, allowing you to use our keyless entry pad on the front door. Please make sure you receive the code before traveling. If you haven’t received it by the time you set off, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and being unable to gain entry!

Your code will not work until your check-in time.

We will not be at the property when you arrive, but we are available to answer any questions to help make your check-in process smoother!

Once you arrive and settle in, go directly to the Owners' Club. Upon your arrival, check in at the office to obtain a complimentary parking pass for your vehicle.
