Welcome to Hideaway Cove, a peaceful lake retreat tucked into one of the northernmost coves of Lake Lanier, where the Chestatee River flows into the lake. Surrounded by wooded hills, abundant wildlife, and the quiet beauty of North Georgia, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and make memories.

Spend your days paddling the cove in a canoe, relaxing on the deck, exploring nearby mountain towns, or enjoying friendly competition in the game room. Whether you’re paddling the cove, exploring North Georgia, competing in the game room, or gathering around the table for Mahjong and cards, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

Comfortable bedrooms — blackout curtains in every bedroom help everyone settle in for a restful night's sleep.

Family-friendly essentials — pack-n-play, highchair, children's books, puzzles, games, child-friendly dishes, and tear-free bath wash.

Thoughtful bath amenities — paraben-free toiletries and tear-free shampoo in the primary bathroom.

Plenty of parking — convenient parking in the Y-shaped driveway.

Sleeping arrangements: Although the listing platform might display two bedrooms due to a property-record discrepancy, the home has four bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10 adults. Please review the room layout and sleeping arrangements when planning your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home. Please park only in the driveway; parking on the grass is not permitted.

Location

A dead end street in at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains—quiet and secluded, yet only 20 minutes from dining, shopping, and attractions. Expect to pass horses, sheep, and cows on the way in, and keep an eye out for deer at night!

The cove is ideal for kayaks and jet skis. Larger boats may prefer deeper water just 5–10 minutes around the bend.
