The first impression of driving through the complex was very dirty and under some improvements. The property we stayed at was in the Z building are the way back to the last apartment on the second floor 15 steps thru several speed bumps. The pool is very close to the apt which looked clean but we didn’t use. Self parking it was not assigned. We didn’t have a problem parking and appeared to be safe. No problem checking into to property and contact with owner and property manager. The apartment was very clean and spotless. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. A few sewer flies and small ants in bathrooms but no problems washing them down the drain. We mostly just used the bedroom and tv in bedroom. When I sat in living room and tried to watch the tv I found that the tv screen must have been broken and showed half a screen so want useable. There is everything you need in the kitchen and everything worked and clean. I don’t know how old the complex is but it seemed tired and ready for upgrades. It served its purpose for us and we had a good time with our friends and the weekend.
