  • This home is perfectly located at the highest point of the land overlooking Lake Lanier and the majestic North Georgia Mountain both at the same time. The home is modern and design with entertaining in mind for family and friends with plenty of room to spread out for multiple activities. Boasting 5,500 square feet with all King beds and high-quality beds w/ luxury beddings because a great night sleep is the best feeling to wake up to. All bedrooms have plenty of space & no need to fight who gets the King beds. This home has total privacy unlike most homes in Lanier and unique compound lot at the top as you drive into the property. All 4 bedrooms are located at the main level (2 master + 2 Guest) and 2 Bdr. at basement level. There is dock access from the house (12 min walk on steep slope). This house is great! We loved having access to the lake… the owner was quick to respond to any issues we had and made sure we were happy. The hike to the dock is certainly not for the out of shape but it is a great property! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home!

Fantastic property!

We had a large (12 people) family vacation and stayed here and the property was amazing! Beautiful, quiet, clean, super comfortable beds, and lake access! Lots of wildlife and the swim spa was fantastic! We would absolutely recommend this house!

This property is stunning and the scenery is beautiful. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property managers are very helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this property again in the near future.

Beautiful Views and Decorative home

The property was gorgeous. We had a family reunion here and enjoyed the views as well as all the house had to offer. The beds were super comfortable and home was nicely decorated. The only thing we would have changed is the hill down to the dock, very steep and harder for older adults to get up and down.

Perfect for 6 Couples

We enjoyed our stay. The home was massive and offered the comforts needed to host 6 couples, each with privacy. Jacuzzi was huge. Generally speaking the home was great! With a few cons worth noting. There was a roach in the living room and on the screened in porch. The walk to the pier is quite difficult and visitors should use extreme caution when taking the golf cart down the steep uneven path.

Great fit for our extended family

We were in Gainesville for Family Reunion. This home was extremely comfortable for our family of 9. The layout worked beautifully for a three generation family. The extra amenities like the pool table and swim spa were a hit with the kids. The view of the lake and fall trees was lovely. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to spread out. We will be staying again in December!

The house was nice, strange layout but ok. The boat dock is not functional The property is on a main thruway and boats are going by often which rocks the dock really bad. Getting down to the dock is very steep. Cant see the dock from the house, steep hill and trees block the view.It is in a good location to get to local stores. Overall a good property.

We stayed at this property for a week from July 13 to July 19,2025. We had an overall pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The location was great and the space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing trip.There were a few maintenance issues that could use some attention—there were cobwebs everywhere, inside and outside. The hot tub was dirty and needed maintenance which made us lose 2 days of use. The cleaning crew were at the property when we arrived and had a big dog inside the property with them. What if one of our guests were allergic to animal hair? Overall the stay was pleasant, nothing that disrupted the stay too much.The host was friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. With a little upkeep, this place could easily be a five-star stay. I’d consider booking again!Thank you!

Amazing House - Will definitely be back

We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality. What we love the most about this property is the breathtaking view as you drive up to the property and from the viewing deck as well as from the main master bedrooms. This property is also very private, and quiet and is set more like a compound style. Overall, we definitely will come back and make this our GO-TO home in the Lanier area. One thing to note, there is a Marina only 1 mile away where you can rent a boat for a day and easily take your rental boat to the dock of this home. However, there is a slope to walk up and down, which is a bit of exercise but manageable for us.

Lake Lanier getaway

The house was huge with big bedrooms, great sitting areas, large dining area and very nice eat in kitchen. The pool table area was excellent with plenty of room to play and socialize. The outdoor seating area was nice with views of the lake and mountains off in the distance. The weather put a damper on things, but it was nice visiting with family. We had a couple of minor issues, but the host quickly had these remedied. I have a few reccomendations, It would have been nice if the house had rails at the front entrance steps, it can be a challenge to navigate these steps without a rail for the elderly and this is the best access point with the fewest stairs to the house. The kitchen could use some more pots and pans when cooking for a large group. A pitcher would be nice to make large drink quantities. The outdoor cushions on the screened porch don't provide much cushion at all.Overall we were quite pleased with the house and enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing weekend getaway

We are local and rented this home to celebrate my husband's birthday along with a few close friends to share memorable times together. Lake Lanier has always been our favorite destination during the summer, and we have rented many homes in this area. What we loved about this home right away was the complete privacy that you just don't get with most of the Lanier homes we’ve rented before. As we drove into the parking area, the view was just magnificent, and the photo doesn't do justice. There is the viewing deck that you can walk up to and is just even more stunning from the top. The home is super spacious, the beds weren't cramped like most Lanier homes we’ve rented and literally every single room is spacious with King size beds, which is an A+ for all us adults. All of our friends seem to really enjoy their beds. Being seasoned renters, I can appreciate special touches and unique amenities such as this super-giant swim-spa combo, which is like a swimming pool but is a hot tub and all twelve of us were in it literally with extra space in between. The only complaint we have is the long walk to the dock, due to my knee issue, but most of us didn't have trouble hiking to and from the dock. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house, everything was in working order, and the host was very responsive. This is our new favorite spot and we will be renting again next year for sure.
