« The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. »

« The property was clean and in the perfect location for our event, but it was 3of us. The sofas are not sleeper, also there was an air mattress, but no bed linen. The property is conducive to only 1or possibly 2 people because the only bath is in the bedroom, but overall description adequate and host communication was great. »

« Check in was easy and communication with the admin was great. The interior has been updated and generally has what you need for a brief stay. I should note that this condo is on the 2nd floor and is one straight flight of narrow stairs, so if you have any disabilities or impairments this may be an issue for you. We did have an issue with the TV remote but the admin was responsive and took care of it. The couch isn't real comfortable but it was really only used one time. The neighborhood is very...
