For music enthusiasts, bring along your cherished vinyl records to serenade your stay, as our record player sets the perfect ambiance for melodic evenings. Embark on a wonderlust break away, where every moment is adorned with the charm of nature's beauty. Bring your pets to explore the region. There are many walks, hikes and routes for you and your pets to enjoy. Our local bar is also Dog friendly so you can enjoy dinner, drinks together with your pet.

Access for the house is via a lock box provided next to the front door. I will provide the code prior to your stay along with a video with directions to the house. All of the house and the Basement storage area are for guests to enjoy; however, the loft area is not available to guests and is closed off. It only contains insulation to keep the house warm in the winter months.

Welcome to our charming property nestled in the heart of Gabian. We are delighted to have you as our guest and hope you enjoy your stay to the fullest. To ensure your time with us is comfortable and memorable, we've prepared a welcome package with all the information you need.

Convenient Amenities and WIFI Access

• The WiFi box is located in the 2nd bedroom. Simply press the button on top of the Wi-Fi box to obtain the Wi-Fi security code. Alternatively, you can scan the QR Code on the WI-FI Box using your phone to get immediate Wi-Fi access for your phone. The QR Code is Digital and appears after pressing the Free Box Button.

• Super U Roujan, the nearest supermarket, is conveniently located for all your grocery needs. The Epicerie is 2 minute walk from the house and is located next door to the Bakery. Both are stunning and the pride of the town. Both are closed on Mondays.

• La Tavernat Restaurant and Bar is incredible and provides easy food and a very strong selection of beer and wine. For T-Totallers, there is a selection of Zero Beers. The atmosphere throughout the day and evening is fantastic. Please note that this bar is closed all day on a Saturday.

• Unwind with a movie night using our French television channels or log in to your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account.

Heating Instructions and Tips:

• As the weather cools down, here are some tips to keep warm and cozy:
• Each bedroom is equipped with its own heater. Simply adjust the temperature to your liking for personalized comfort.
• Don't forget about the bathroom heater, perfect for chilly mornings.
• Our kitchenette features a fast heater shaped like a fireplace. While it's great for quickly heating the room, please use it economically to avoid excessive energy costs.
• During the winter months, we recommend bringing slippers to keep your feet warm on our tiled floors.
