« The ice machine on our floor, closest to our room was broken and evidently for some time. Pool was nice but a little on cool side for a heated pool. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were great. Bartender was great at giving advice on some great hangout places. »

« Booking did not show remodeling. Pool, hot tub and everything was unavailable. I ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more. They said they would send it to my room. Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. »

« Our room was a total mess: the carpet was dirty, rust on lamp, dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door, no cleaning services during our four nights stay, the « breakfast included » should be identify as « coffee, muffins and oatmeal packs… only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, toilet seat broken, shower curtain with mold stain, dirty windows, etc, etc… »

« There was a severe shortage of towels. The fitness center and pool were closed. The only ice machine that worked was on the 4th floor. None of the laundry facilities worked. There was the same dirty green shirt and trash in the stairs for the whole 6 nights that we were there. The breakfast was mediocre. Waffles were not always available. There was lude writing and scrapes in the elevator. Water pressure sucked and the water was not really hot. Check in took quite awhile due to long line...
