It`s a spacious, private 1 bedroom retreat on the ocean side cliffs of Bweleo. Named for the warm, deep tones that run through its interiors, Amethisto creates a serene escape. Your own pool, your own terrace, and your own rooftop with the Indian Ocean on the horizon. Everything you need to completely reset and relax.

Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.

Please return all keys, remotes, and access devices before departure.

Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.

Additional visitors must be approved by management in advance.

Parties & Events

No unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

Any special event must receive prior approval from management.

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please respect neighboring villas and help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of Zanzibar Gems Villas.

During quiet hours, please keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities at a considerate volume.

Add-On Service Guidelines

All add-on services should be communicated and scheduled upon arrival whenever possible.

Prices vary depending on the specific service requested and the cost of goods, supplies, travel, or special accommodations required.

Payment for all add-on services is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Pool Rules

Swim at your own risk.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No diving, running, or rough play around the pool area.

Glass containers are not permitted in or around the pool.

Please use caution when entering or exiting the pool area, as surfaces may become slippery when wet.

Please shower or rinse off excessive sand, lotions, or oils before entering the pool whenever possible.

Kitchen

Please handle all dishes, glassware, cookware, appliances, and kitchen equipment with care.

Guests are responsible for the cost of items that are broken, damaged, or missing during their stay.

Dispose of food waste properly.

Do not pour grease, oil, or food debris down sinks or drains.

Please clean up spills promptly.

Do not leave food or perishable items exposed.

Air Conditioning & Utilities

Turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the villa.

Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is operating.

Bathroom water heaters must be turned off after use to conserve energy and ensure safe operation.

Please help us conserve water and electricity whenever possible.

Property Care

Please treat the villa, furnishings, appliances, décor, and amenities with care.

Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or damage to management as soon as possible.

Guests may be responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow house rules.

Please do not use indoor furnishings or linens for outdoor activities, beach use, or purposes for which they were not intended.

Furniture & Décor

Do not move indoor furniture outside.

Please do not remove, rearrange, or relocate décor items without permission.

Outdoor furniture should remain in its designated area.

Please do not place wet clothing, towels, or swimwear on indoor furniture.

Security & Valuables

Safes are available in the main bedrooms for storing valuables and personal belongings.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.

Zanzibar Gems Villas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Please notify management immediately if a key, remote, or access device is lost.

Parking

Park only in designated parking areas.

Do not block driveways, entrances, gates, or neighboring properties.

Please ensure vehicles are securely locked when unattended.

Trash Disposal

Dispose of trash in designated bins.

Please keep food waste properly contained.

Do not leave trash around the pool, outdoor areas, bedrooms, or common spaces.

Help us keep the property clean and beautiful throughout your stay.

Pets

No pets are permitted unless approved in advance by management.

Approved pets must be supervised at all times.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after approved pets.

Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

Guests & Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Visitors must be approved by management in advance.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors follow all Zanzibar Gems Villas house rules.

Visitors may not remain on the property overnight unless they have been properly registered and approved.

Safety & Emergency Procedures

Please familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, first-aid supplies, and other safety equipment upon arrival.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, security equipment, or other safety devices.

Report any safety concern to management immediately.

In the event of an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services and notify villa management as soon as it is safe to do so.


Damages & Liability

Any broken dishes, glassware, linens, furnishings, appliances, electronics, or other villa property must be reported immediately.

Replacement or repair costs may be charged to guests when damage results from negligence, misuse, intentional acts, or failure to follow house rules.

Guests are responsible for any extraordinary cleaning required as a result of misuse of the property.

Zanzibar Gems Villas is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during a guest`s stay, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Illegal Activities

Illegal drugs, weapons, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on the property.

Any activity that creates a danger to guests, staff, neighbors, or the property is prohibited.

Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and notification of local authorities where appropriate.

Respect for the Property & Community

Zanzibar Gems Villas is located within a community, and we ask every guest to be mindful of the surrounding environment.

Do not trespass onto neighboring properties.
