« Hôtel neuf mais mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres et même avec l’extérieur et ce malgré un double vitrage. Chambre d’à côté avec 2 parents et 4 enfants en bas âge qui hurlaient, notre nuit a été un enfer. »

« Ice machine didn't work --- this is California --- with 80+ degree days . . . what are you guys doing! The freezer in my mini-fridge had months of frozen ice! You know they make freezer that DON'T produce built-up ice; it is 2026 after all! I was placed on the second floor right by Brea Blvd and the room had NO sound proof glass --- you got to put some in PLEASE! Thought I was at the INDY 500! This place has potential, but if the people who work there don't put in the work . . .this place...

« Hôtel à fuir ! Lorsque vous arrive l’hôtel présente bien, mais l’envers du décor c’est des l’ouverture de la porte de la chambre … minuscule que peux passer, mais c’est extrêmement vieux, un matelas à ressort dur comme du béton, j’ai du changer de chambre car la nôtre puer le pipi, les murs des feuilles de papier, nous avons entendus le voisin de droite ronfler, puis celui de gauche s’envoyer en l’air … l’horreur Le plus tout de même c’est le parking devant qui est sympas ! »
