« We showed up early (2 hrs) and the staff was still able to accommodate us and hold bags. We got lucky in this…wouldn’t recommend planning for it. This is a small hotel (possible four rooms) but a fantastic value and comfort. The staff member was very polite and spoke good English to help us enjoy our stay in Kofu. Thank you! »

« Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. Other than that, the stay was perfect and I would absolutely come stay again. The...

« It has at a good location and quiet place. It’s a private house for our group. Free drinks, snacks and laundry. Definitely recommend to our friends. »

« Amazingly clean, quiet, and private. Better than any hostel, cheaper than any hotel—and worlds away from the comic book stores for about the same price. Could have here all month. Will definitely make a point to return to Face to Face when we circle back. »
