Stay comfortably in Fryeburg at this basic 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms feature a queen bed, bunk bed (twin over full), and upstairs bedroom with two twin “day” beds with twin trundles each (four twins total), ensuring a pleasant night's sleep for all guests. With a central house kerosene heat unit and bathroom electric heat, you'll stay cozy during your stay in the winter. Space heaters are provided if needed. TV and fireplace are in the living room with two couches, a children’s reading nook extends the living room. Kitchen table seats four and a kitchen bar has two stools. There’s an upstairs tv with Nintendo gaming unit and the house has wifi internet. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place in the woods with private beach access to Lovewell Pond. Ice fishing, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, hiking, hunting, or even summer beach trips in the warm sun are all minutes away. House is 20 minutes from North Conway and Cranmore Mountain, 2 minutes from the Fryeburg Fair, and less than 15 minutes to Pleasant Mountain. In addition there are several Icon, Indy, and Epic Pass mountains within 1 hour drive.
