« My stay at Twin waters NovatelThe room very old and very dated at least 30 years television very old no Internet Netflix or anything now in our movies. No nothing just your normal TV stations carpet tiles I reckon 30 years old maintenance of the overall estate holes in ceilings in the hallway and stairways from water damage plants growing out of gutters on roof which more than likely caused this damage and rusty gutters with massive holes facias falling off the side of the veranda’s restaurant....

« The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what...

« Das Hotel war eine Katastrophe, das Zimmer war noch akzeptabel, aber das Gemeinschaftsklo konnte man vor Dreck, Fäkalien nicht benutzen und ich habe die Flucht ergreifen. Das ganze Hotel ist heruntergekommen, Möbel vom Sperrmüll und dreckig, dreckig, dreckig! »
