« The property is very much as described and very good. It was clean, comfortable, airy, spacious and has a great outlook. Communication from the property manager was excellent. »

« Very clean, well looked after, home-away-from-home with lots of kitchen utensils, an iron, a supply of milk and tea/coffee, lovely outlook of trees, carport, clothes lines, ceiling fans and aircon, flowers in every room. Loved it. »

« The property was great, really well set up for a weeks holiday with everything at your finger tips. We took our dog and it was fantastic with a good backyard and a couple of mins walk to the beach for puppy fun! »

« Well setup place suitable for 3 adults or a small family of 5. Great amenities and utilities including fast WiFi, smart TV, and quality washer, dryer and dishwasher. »

« Our stay at the Simple Patch was wonderful. Everything about the cottage is so considered, from the huge comfy bed, to the picturesque windows, and the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. the cottage was private and comfortable, but we loved having the opportunity to bring our young daughter down to the homestead to meet the pony and feed the chickens - a great experience that added to our stay.
