I chose this property because of its proximity to Grand Prairie, where my daughter lives, and for all the amenities: pool, hot tub, billiards, ping pong putting green, and firepits. We loved the outdoor seating and used the hot tub and laid out by the pool every day. « We were in town to see the Cotton Bowl. this location was only 20 minutes to the stadium, less than 20 minutes to DFW and 30 minutes to downtown Dallas. Great house with comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Wish that we could have been there at a time of the year to enjoy the pool. It looked inviting. »

« Property was very clean, beds comfortable, inside space spacious, bathroom and kitchen amenities well stocked, neighborhood quiet, close to shopping and eating places. Host was quick to respond and address any issues. The backyard and pool area is well maintained, however the pool and hot tub is not heated. I would certainly stay here again. »
