Clean up using the convenient outdoor shower before relaxing in the five-person hot tub on the first level’s screened-in porch. There’s also a game room on this level featuring a 70" Smart TV, an arcade game, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

All of the home’s bedrooms, including an ensuite master king and a queen and full bedroom that share a bathroom, are located on the second level and all feature Smart TVs.
