The Home

Step inside to a bright, open living space designed for relaxing after a day in the sun. The living room features a comfortable couch, coastal décor, and a large flat-screen smart TV, perfect for movie nights or lazy afternoons.

The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in easy, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or a family dinner. It includes ample counter space and an island with seating, ideal for gathering, snacking, or chatting with the cook.

Just off the kitchen, the dining area features a long wooden table that seats 6 comfortably, perfect for shared meals, games, or planning the next day’s adventures.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The Lost Lobster sleeps up to 8 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Bunk bed setup—perfect for kids or extra guests
Bedroom 2: King bed + bunk bed, offering flexibility for families
Bedroom 3: King bed, a peaceful retreat for unwinding at the end of the day
There are two full bathrooms:

Pet Policy
• All pets must be disclosed and fees paid prior to arrival
• Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or furniture
• Pets may not be left unattended in the home or yard
• If left alone in the home, pets must be crated/kenneled
• All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of (additional fees may apply)

House Rules
• Please notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged
• No smoking or illegal activity on the property
• No parties or events
• Only the approved number of guests may stay overnight
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Check-out is prior to 10:00 AM on the day of departure
