Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept living area that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully updated kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends.



The home comfortably accommodates guests with 3 thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The 1st guest room is ideal for children or larger families, featuring a twin bed and a full-over-queen bunk bed, along with a large wall-mounted TV. The second guest room offers a king-size bed and a wall-mounted TV for added comfort and relaxation. These bedrooms share a beautifully updated hall bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a luxurious rain showerhead.



The private primary suite serves as a peaceful retreat, complete with a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a rain showerhead.

Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials for a longer stay, as well as groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
