The heart of the home is the expansive open-concept living area, where floor-to-ceiling ocean views create the perfect backdrop for gathering together. Relax around the fireplace, watch your favorite shows on the oversized wall-mounted TV, or enjoy meals at the formal dining table with seating for 14.



The chef's kitchen is fully equipped to prepare everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Highlights include an oversized Gallery refrigerator, six-burner gas range, double ovens, refrigerator drawers, a wet bar with wine refrigerator and ice maker, and generous prep space. Additional seating includes four at the kitchen island, four at the breakfast counter, and a separate table for five. Just outside, the expansive ocean-view deck offers outdoor dining, making it easy to enjoy meals with the sea breeze.

Completing the upper level is an additional primary suite overlooking the Atlantic, complete with a private balcony, king bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials, such as toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials for a longer stay, as well as groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
