The Space:

Welcome to 725 Sea Dragon, a spectacular 7-bedroom, 5.5-bath oceanfront retreat on beautiful Fripp Island. Designed for large families and groups, this spacious home comfortably blends luxury, comfort, and breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views, creating the perfect destination for your next beach vacation.



The heart of the home is the bright, open-concept main living area, where the fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living room and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island, creating the perfect gathering space for meals, games, and conversation. A butler's pantry with a second refrigerator provides ample storage for groceries and beverages, making entertaining effortless. Conveniently located just off the entryway, a half bath allows guests to freshen up without using the private ensuite bathrooms. Expansive windows and multiple decks showcase breathtaking ocean views and fill the home with natural light, bringing the beauty of the beach indoors.



The main level offers exceptional accommodations with three guest bedrooms plus a cozy daybed room featuring a twin daybed—perfect for children, afternoon naps, or a quiet space to read or watch TV. The daybed room shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with an oceanfront king bedroom that opens to a private balcony furnished with bar-height seating for two, the perfect spot for morning coffee overlooking the water.



On the opposite side of the living area, another Jack-and-Jill suite includes a front guest room with a queen bed, an extra-long twin trundle, and an additional twin bed—ideal for families. The adjoining bathroom features two private water closets, two single vanities, and a shared tub/shower combination. Connected to this bath is another oceanfront king bedroom with direct access to a private patio and additional outdoor seating.



Two private towers, each with its own staircase, lead to the home's stunning upper-level primary suites. The main primary suite offers a peaceful sitting room with a desk for those needing to work remotely, a luxurious king bedroom with a TV, window seating overlooking the ocean, and direct access to the expansive upper deck. The second primary suite features a king bed, TV, private ensuite bath, and its own access to the same upper-level deck. Furnished with four chaise lounges and tables, this elevated outdoor space is the perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy spectacular sunsets, watch dolphins, or simply relax while listening to Fripp Island's abundant wildlife.



The ground level is designed with fun and relaxation in mind. A spacious game room features a ping pong table, while an adjoining entertainment room includes two double futons, a large wall-mounted TV, and a convenient half bath—making it a favorite gathering spot for kids and teens. Also on the ground floor is a private-entry guest bedroom with two twin beds and its own ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.



Outside, guests will enjoy direct beach access just steps away, multiple furnished decks and patios, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and plenty of space to relax, dine, and entertain while enjoying the ocean breeze.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials for a longer stay, as well as groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
