Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide alongside 1 step. From the drive gates, there is a steep slope to the villa. The front door has a width of 86cm. The path leading to the terrace/pool area is 345cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, whilst there are 5 steps to get to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property, where the door into the kitchen is 88cm wide, and the door into the lounge is 86cm wide.
