Stay in our newly renovated 3 bedroom with 2 bathroom home, situated in a quiet neighborhood! Just minutes away from shopping centers, Fresno State and the FAT Airport!

As you walk into this home, you enter a living area with large flat-screen TV followed by a fully stocked kitchen with a double door refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, a 7-person dining table, and a large gated backyard shared with our studio unit.

In addition to the living and dining space, our home offer 3 bedrooms with new lights/fans- One with a king bed, and two with queens that can sleep a total of 6 guests comfortably! Great for a family vacation or weekend getaway! Also, perfect for medical professionals, students, and travel nurses during rotations.

Other conveniences include a shared washer/dryer, wireless internet, and free street parking!

-Please note that we charge a $75 pet fee per pup and additional pets are $50 each which will be charge separately. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.

As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are vicious breed dogs and or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.

-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.

-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.

-No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $500 FINE

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn`t have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
No visitors due to neighbor relations

Free Street parking only. The driveway is for the back studio

-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.

REMINDER:
Effective Sep 18, 2022- For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guest immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that needed an URGENT action to make sure guest`s needs are addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you
