Hôtels près du French Creek Golf Club à Elverson

« J’ai demandé pour annuler et je n’ai pas de nouvelles. Je suis très déçue de ne pas avoir eu aucune aide. L’hôtel m’a référé à Expédia et l’agent n’a pas voulu m’aider. Pas de nouvelles d’Expedia non plus :-( »

« The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol »

« Clean room but no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the pool area was a disaster from children being down there with no supervision. Water all over the floor my mother being disabled I was worried for her to slip and fall. Couples doing absurd things in hot tub was addressed and handled immediately. When I arrived the room was not ready or available so we left and went to dinner and came back and still waited just a few minutes due to the inconvenience we were comped breakfast paid $40 deposit have...

« I checked in Sunday afternoon, went up to the room and hardly could enter through the door because it was so disgusting... the room was not clean, furniture is in bad shape, the bathroom had mold in the shower... the smell of weed was every where... i could go on »
