« Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price. »

« The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« My room was clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The spa was wonderful and the Mountain view made the whole trip worth it. Breath taking views from the balcony and the cleanest most crisp air I’ve ever breathed. »

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...

La chambre est de très bonne superficie et possède un agréable balcon. La literie semble fortement usagée et joue sur le confort du sommeil. Les parties communes doivent être rénovées: tapis de couloir usés à la corde, peinture des murs défraichies. La cuisine est de qualité inégale mais en moyenne supérieure.
