« Excellent hôtel à Freetown avec une propreté, un confort et un service de qualité. La connexion internet a très bien fonctionné. Seulement le check-out a pris plus de temps que prévu car l'hôtel n'arrivait pas à retrouver les preuves de mon paiement lors de la réservation en ligne. Après un envoi par mail du reçu téléchargé sur le site d'hôtel.com et quelques minutes de recherche dans leur dossiers, tout est rentré dans l'ordre et la fiche a été retrouvée...le seul hic à mon séjour. J'y...

« We had a wonderful family stay at the Family Kingdom Resort. This is a beautiful and truly family-friendly hotel located right on Lumley Beach. « good reception, good distribution of the rooms, the restaurant staff is not very friendly, if you have to check out do it with hakim otherwise you will lose a lot of time and maybe miss the boat or the plane. »
