« It looked online like a reasonably nice place and we were hoping for a professionally cleaned and accommodations. We were disappointed with how unkempt the place was and did not meet our expectations. We made it work for the time we were there but had to clean a lot of things to use. « This place was prefect for our family of 5 staying the weekend to visit family. Our host was very helpful and responsive to questions and communications, and the listing was exactly as described. Lots of very thoughtful touches that made us feel more at home, such games, coffee and tea, and most bathroom essentials. The area is easy to navigate and surprisingly quiet at night. Street parking was quite easy for us to find on the weekend as well. Would be happy to return! »

La dame fermait la porte pour ne pas que les clients rentrent ! Et même pas eu de fruits ! Bref l’expérience du petit déjeuner était décevante mais la chambre était très bien "

"The hotel was clean, and the staff were professional. However, the breakfast could definitely be improved. There was no water available, so I had to go to the reception desk to get some fresh water, and there was no toaster either. The shuttle hours especially the evening are not realistic at all! It stops at 9pm!! "

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"
